Training Dates: 22 September or 20 October 2009

These one day training days set out to provide practical information and answers to questions about PSI re-use including rights and responsibilities for those agencies, organisations and communities responsible for the implementing the PSI Directive 2003/98/EC .

It is important initiative and will dissemination practical information working towards increased re-use of public sector information.

Some questions the training will address include:

  • How to respond to a request for re-use?
  • How to write a license for re-use?
  • When is CADA used?
  • How to implement a pricing policy?

The training programme is comprehensive and designed to cover many key topics affecting PSI re-use. The trainers offer considerable experience and knowledge from legal, judicial and public administration perspectives.
