Re-use training for spanish public sector

has announced that registration is open the second PSI Re-use training meeting for the public Sector ( Jornadas de capacitacion sobre reutilizacion de la informacion del sector público).

Trainng Meeting Date: 17 September 2009

The training is for public sector employees. It is focused on discussing PSI re-use issues and how public sector information can be re-used. Training meeting agenda topics include information about Proyecto Aporta, key concepts in the area of PSI re-use, what information is re-usable and issues related to pricing and fees.

A report on the first Aporta training meeting held 8 July 2009 notes that there was full participation and that it was a very productive event.

These Aporta PSI Re-use training meetings are part of follow on activities planned to complement the Spanish initiative on promoting PSI re-use including the release of a Guide for the public sector on Re-using Public Sector Information / Guía Aporta sobre reutilización de la información del sector público (pdf and video formats) released at the Aporta III PSI re-use meeting, 9 June 2009, Madrid.
